From our visit last week to Palenque, Mexico - near the Guatemala & El Salvador border. It was a fantastic journey with several other empaths & sensitive people. We have another journey coming.

Hello, This is my first time on this blog. I sought it out after an experience today.
For the last decade I have had trouble shopping. I panic. I have kids so I try to do the best that I can with it. I have been noticing, when I am in a big store like Target I start to feel suicidal (this is not at all normal for me).
Today at a large grocery store I noticed I started to feel suicidal and feel like I had a broken heart. I was really starting to feel terrible and worried that something might be wrong with a family member because of these strong feelings. I went to check on my dog in the car and took a breather and continued to shop as it was my major chore for the day. as soon as I left the building all of those feelings went away.
I am an empath by trade and would love any feedback. Does anyone have similar experiences?
