Have you experienced the extra infusion of cosmic energy this past week? It's been intense! For me, this has taken the form of extra challenges with communication with close friends this week. Seems the universe is throwing us all a little bit of a curveball and asking us to live more in integrity, especially in regard to EVERY THOUGHT WE THINK.
It seems that I've been even more sensitive than usual lately, on all levels, especially with feelings and thoughts. For the first time in a long time, there was a moment this week when I didn't know if I could handle all the sensory input I was receiving from my friends & those I am around on a daily basis. I had a good cry and let it all out, hopped on my BioMat to sweat out the remnants of that energy. Has anyone else experienced this intensification of energy and sensitivity?
I am off to my Nia class followed by a bit of yoga. Then I am working on the new website, which will likely debut next week.

I've definitely noticed an increase this week, was curious as to why. But I just stumbled on this blog today and I think it's going to go on my bookmarks because there are so few sites for Empaths out there. It's really nice to see what you've done with this.

yes... i read this as much as time and being on the computer allows....there is a major cycle of 2,600 years taking place this month.. affecting a time span (of it's presence being felt over a) 2 month period) it's a big whammy with pluto being the major force so according to Shamanic astrology mankind is being asked to purge, rexamine, release, and regroup...as above so below..thank you for all you do...JT
