I've been fascinated by the balance between bringing higher intentions to the food experience, and the idea that food, as an expression of the divine, carries its own uniquely cosmic intentions, which we participate with, via resonance, when we make healthy food choices.

Thank you for bringing up the many aspects that affect the food vibration. It's quite a labyrinth of influences to consider, and makes me want to seek the essence within the food -- the core that surely lives there as an intrinsic wave of original divine light.

Over the last few years when it came to my faith in God and being questioned by others as to WHY... Well, I took up this exact phrase, "I don't Know and I don't Need to know" attitude. Ever since then, these signs of being an Empath have been SO much more evident and I can no longer deny it. I've discovered that this empathy I have is not contradicting my faith, but goes hand in hand. I really am having a difficult time with my empathic skills and have been having bad dreams. I think I really need to get trained in shielding my ability and keep myself from reading every person I meet... Tip for young empaths, watch who you get in to relationships with! I was in so many bad relationships because of someone's feelings for me, not my feelings for them. That is one thing I actually realized when I fell in love for the first time because he did not love me. It was a relief! Please if anyone know where I can get trained let me know. hello i am a very unique empath. in being that i can feel the mood of those in the hear in now and those who have passed. i can draw the negative feelings in any giving situation and change the mood of it. along with my empath abilities come other gifts thats not what im here for though. i am 23 and i was born with these gifts. i have been looking for a site to post something like this on but just havent gotten the right feeling. i was reading your posts and they were.....interesting. you knnow what your talking about maybe you could give me some advice. look up acorn and oak tree prophecy. jason

I don't ever ever comment on blogs or anywhere else, but this is different.
I cannot believe Beverly said she keeps feeling/hearing earthquake and the number 6! I am doing the same thing.
I have had a horrible feeling about March 11 for two years. So bed in fact on March 11, 2010 I made a plan with my husband and kids as to what to do when an earthquake hits. Well, that year nothing happened. But in 2011, on March 11 the earthquake hit Japan.
I felt/known about the rain storms that caused problems in CA in 2010 as well.
I have gotten preminitions about many different events throughout my life and feel so quilty because I know these things are coming and I can't help anyone.
I too can "feel" the earth at times, almost like I am connected. It is very easy to do with trees, but I have even felt this connection to the whole earth before.
I feel energy around me changing, like it's humming loader or more rapidly.
I sometimes feel like I am going crazy. Please, I would love to hear from anyone else who feels this way. I don't want to feel so alone anymore.

Well, I live in Los angeles, and I don't normally have predicition dreams, but I have had a few premonitions, just thoughts that keep coming to me and some words that come to me as well. I had vivid visions of an earthquake on two occasions, at the beggining of the year. It scarred me a little, but it didn't happend here in cali. Also interesting to say that I tend to have headaches and body symptoms when there is about to be an earthquake larger than a 6 on scale. This actually started to happend to me about 6 months ago. I began to notice the correlation. It was hard not to notice something was weird as I had a terrible migraine the night before the earthquake, then the next day the migraine and pains would disappear. And I never ever knew what a migraine was before! Now, let me tell you about my friend's dream. One day out of the blue she felt like telling me about her weird dreams. She said that last year in 2010 she had the same dream for three days, and she wondered why. She said that she was in her second story appartment (lives in LA calfornia) looking out on her balcony, and all of a sudden she saw some huge waves heading her way! It was a tsunami, but she didn't know what it was, she said she has never seen such a thing not even in a movie. The water was up so high that it was bringing down buildings and that she could hear all the noise it was causing the windows shattering etc. She asked me what I thought it meant. I said it may be a premonition. Then I thought, you know what.. California is right on the coast, right next to the ocean! It wouldn't be a surprise for something like this to happen when a really major earthquake happens. I am getting mentally prepared for this, and am planning to also move away in the near future, not for fear, but for preventive measures.

Something I've never thought of but so true. I've always thought it of silly but I make sure I add love to everything I cook. Just recently my daughter has been helping me and I let her know that its the most important ingredient. lol It always leaves me in a better mood.

I just read the June 26, 2011 newsletter then subsequent posts on Earthquake Premonitions and Dreams. It was surprising to learn that many others have been perceiving the same kind of energy information as I have. It made me feel better just to know that. Last week while sitting outside on a lawn swing relaxing,these thoughts instantly arrived -"earthquake, California, within two weeks", short and to the point as most information I receive is. The accompanying feeling was one of foreboding. Not like the feeling one might perceive with some small geophysical event. I immediate thought of Independence Day and what hidden message might be encrypted with a major earthquake occurring around that particular holiday. This uninvited thought message also made me think about what kind of damage a tsunami could cause at the southern California coast as my daughter lives a mile from the beach in a three story apartment building.

I was in Rome beginning of May and met a woman who told me that a seer she knew of predicted an earthquake on May 12 2011 in Rome. I took a flight back to the states on the 11th and spent one night in Berlin to leave on the 12th. As I watched that morning's news, an Earthquake happened in Spain that toppled very heavy stones off an old building and killed a few people. He was right about date and in the vicinity. I have many dreams of earthquakes now. I dreamt very specifically that the floor would be cracking in NYC with subways falling off their rails. I started having these dreams when I was 10 and specifically told that I was a messenger. In one particular, many people were heading to places like New Mexico, the desert, where things seemed a bit calmer. I dreamed the tsumani a week before it happened in the Philippines. I have done a lot of dream work and will keep people posted if there is something specific.

Throughout my life, I have had occasional dreams of natural and cosmic disaster. Once the moon was on fire; more recently, I dreamt I was desperately trying to phone my perants to alert them to the fact that the Earth was about to be destroyed by meteorites. I don't think any of this has literal significance, but the fact that paradise returned within seconds of each disaster suggests a great change for the better. Thus, the prospect of 2012 inspires hope within me. Whatever happens will be for the highest good. A shift in consciousness has the potential to save the Earth from man-made disaster such as global warming and nuclear warfare, which is far worse than floods and earthquakes, no matter how terrifying.

I have always thought of those foods as low vibration foods. We are creator and as creator anything we create we are putting our vibrations into it. Prayer shawls are a perfect example. Of course someone is praying (raising their vibrations) as they are creating it. Instead of you are what you eat in this case it would be you create what you are. Low vibration farms (area), low vibration people (even if their vibrations are low because of oppression and not really their fault).

But something else to consider is that you can raise the vibrations of your food that you buy...especially empaths. Empaths have the ability to transmute negative energy and vibrations so for an empath or anyone who can do a little energy work you can take control over your foods vibrations.

I really enjoyed reading your post. What you said about abilities working better when connected to someone is so true. That is also why I usually recommend to people to get to know their higher self or their message guide real well as a friend pretty much...because then you basically make a connection to your guide or Higher self and then you will find you have that connection with another beings frequency that does make you feel "on" so to speak. Well that is just something I do...I am sure many others have ways and things they do that work really well.
