Empaths, Sensitives, and Theta Waves: Neurofeedback as a tool for Coping with Energy.

Empaths and highly sensitive people have a profound tool to learn to cope with energy:  mastering your own brainwaves!   I asked a friend of mine, a leading researcher in the field of neurofeedback, to help us understand how mastering our brainwaves can help sensitive people.

Theta waves are the slowest brainwaves that are produced when one is in-between sleep and dreaming. Theta waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, super learning, and deep relaxation. I have long suspected that this is the brainwave state that I enter with my clients during our inner power sessions with clients.  My friend's EEG machine proved me correct; I can enter the state at will.

You also can easily learn to enter the theta state at will.  This state is achieved by simply listening, repeatedly, to what are called 'brainwave entrainment' audios.   You can get a free 15-minute mp3 at the website of Brain Evolution, and test the system for yourself.

The special sound frequencies 'trick' our brain into calming down and entering the Theta state.  By listening over time, you will learn to slow your mental chatter and experience the tranquility, peace of communicating with your Highest self.

A Brainwave entrainment program can lead you to enhanced relationships, better creativity, and perhaps most importantly, an elimination of perceiving only the negative and unwanted energies of others. You will likely reach the sought-after 'theta brainwave state', where you will experience the blissful feeling of having all ego chatter and mental noise be turned completely off.  You can then make deeper intuitive connections with your Highest self and experience what it feels like to be confident in your OWN brain state!

Download your free mp3 from Brain Evolution here, and experience of increased energy, focus, and learn to master your own energy for a change!

Guest Post: Other people's pain leaving one's Body on Death

I would be interested to know if anyone has had the same feeling as what I experienced a couple of years ago.

About two years ago I was doing a study course in a location not too far away from where I live. Somehow the energy there did not feel right. The whole day I felt so much pain in my body I could hardly walk. I could just not figure out where this pain was coming from. At the time I just thought that it was the street and location but I was not sure if it was that. The next day I woke up and the pain had completely gone, disappeared, it was gone, nothing. I felt very light headed and had no pain at all.

I got a call from my mother and she had told me that my very kind uncle had died during the night. I knew that he had be ill for some time, but I was not focused on him and had not been thinking of him at that time. At first I thought the pain was coming from the place where I was at that moment. I am now sure that it was his pain I was picking up on.

Kind regards, Daphne from the Netherlands
