Neutrality: Your Place of Power Where the Divine Resides

Neutrality has been described as the place where God resides.

It is the space in between your inhalation and your exhalation, and it is a place of Balance and enlightenment. At first, neutrality may seem awkward and perhaps even uncomfortable, especially if you are used to being expansive and enthusiastic.

The new experience of not caring about the ego's expectations may erroneously lead you to believe that your passion is being lessened. In actuality, existing in a neutral state and not caring about outcomes is perhaps the best place to experience empowerment as an empath or a spiritually sensitive person.

When you are truly neutral, you are not biased and not projecting. You experience total freedom from reacting or wanting to exist in any other state.

When you have achieved this centered state, you are personally and spiritually empowered.

How Empaths Can Cope with The Spiritual Shift

Most empaths have some internal recognition that we are Lightworkers who are here for an important reason.

There is a Spiritual Shift occurring on the planet that is resulting in an increased spiritual 'pressure' to move into alignment with the Highest Good/Divine Force. We may perceive the world 'freaking out' and maybe even going a little crazy. Because of our collective actions to create Light, we are being forced to move out of limiting habits and beliefs and deal with the shadow and fear energies. When this occurs, you may feel a sense of confusion in yourself and others. Out of that confusion eventually will come a positive new structure, a new divine ‘order’ that will serve us for the long term in the new age in which we live.

Because of the intensity of energy on the planet, more people are choosing to create violence and chaos. All we can do is stay focused on the Light, even when others lose their focus. Create a ball of Light in your heart with your imagination.   Breathe it into your center and pretend your heart is a valve that is opening.

This will help you not be pulled off your own center.

Hugs, Michael Smith -

P.S.  You can help cope and deal with the Spiritual Shift that's occurring by downloading the Complete Empath Toolkit, a self help empath empowerment package that will help you release energy that's not yours and will open up your intuitive and spiritual abilities.

Empath Bill of Rights Exercise: Take Back Your Power

Empath Bill of Rights Exercise:

Put yourself into a meditative state by slowing your breath to a 12 second inhalation and exhalation. Connect to the energy in your heart, pretend your heart has a mouth and is doing the speaking.

Then, repeat these phrases out loud, with gusto. Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 as to how much you believe what you just said. If you don’t get above a 7 or 8, try it again with even more intention.

1. I have the right to not feel sad or hurt when others are sad or hurt.

2. I have the right to not engage someone in conversation when doing so may drain me of energy.

3. I have the right to surrender any need for control because the Divine takes care of me.

This exercise is from The Complete Empath Toolkit

Warm hugs!

Research Suggests a Genetic Component for Empathy and Sensitivity....

Although the following study is not specifically about spiritual or intuitive abilities or the inheritance of empathy, it does suggest the potential possibility that gifts like empathy and sensitivity may be passed down to our children.

Research from Emory University School of Medicine, in Atlanta, has shown that it is possible for some information to be inherited biologically through chemical changes that occur in DNA. During the tests they learned that that mice can pass on learned information about traumatic or stressful experiences – in this case a fear of the smell of cherry blossom – to subsequent generations.

According to the Telegraph, Dr Brian Dias, from the department of psychiatry at Emory University, said: ”From a translational perspective, our results allow us to appreciate how the experiences of a parent, before even conceiving offspring, markedly influence both structure and function in the nervous system of subsequent generations.

Such a phenomenon may contribute to the etiology and potential intergenerational transmission of risk for neuropsychiatric disorders such as phobias, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.”

This suggests that experiences are somehow transferred from the brain into the genome, allowing them to be passed on to later generations.

The researchers now hope to carry out further work to understand how the information comes to be stored on the DNA in the first place.

They also want to explore whether similar effects can be seen in the genes of humans.

Dr. Marcus Pembrey, a paediatric geneticist at University College London, said the work provided “compelling evidence” for the biological transmission of memory.

“It addresses constitutional fearfulness that is highly relevant to phobias, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorders, plus the controversial subject of transmission of the ‘memory’ of ancestral experience down the generations.

“It is high time public health researchers took human transgenerational responses seriously.

“I suspect we will not understand the rise in neuropsychiatric disorders or obesity, diabetes and metabolic disruptions generally without taking a multigenerational approach.”

Professor Wolf Reik, head of epigenetics at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge, said, however, further work was needed before such results could be applied to humans.

He said: “These types of results are encouraging as they suggest that transgenerational inheritance exists and is mediated by epigenetics, but more careful mechanistic study of animal models is needed before extrapolating such findings to humans.”

May our DNA Carrying also spiritual and cosmic memories passed down in genes from our ancestors ?
